Ever since Skylar became interested in bodes toys he gets very
protective of them. When he sees her heading for them he runs and
grand them and hides them from her. Oh siblings

There is nothing like a curled up snuggling baby on your chest the
best feeling in the world. I hate to put her down to get other stuff
done, I could hold her like this for hours.

What a day! Almost as perfect as the day four years ago. Skylar crawled today, we had an amazing dinner at the Craftsmen. Jared's friend Mikey P is the chef there and he planned a whole special dinner for us. From a quiet table to champagne when we sat down. Followed by a specially prepared four course dinner with wine all planned for us by Mikey. We exchanged cards and gifts. Mommy got flowers and a ski pass to breckenridge she is so excited to go back and go snow boarding, and Daddy got a toilet seat that goes down automatically, kind of an inside joke with mommy and daddy, the seat is call the marriage saver hehehehee! What a wonderful day! Thanks grandma and grandpa boo for the card and home depot card I am sure we can use it......

a special weekend

The family went to Mantrap for Jeff and Natalie's wedding it was wonderful and beautiful. Mantrap is the most incredible place for a wedding and once again it did not disappoint. This was also the place that my mommy and daddy got married four years ago. So we went to the site of one of their favorite pictures from their wedding. Now four years later they have me to add to the picture. Thanks cousin Ryan for taking an anniversary photo for us and for helping us recreate the beautiful picture from four years ago. And thank you to Jeff and Natalie, and gwah and pawah for the most wonderful weekend. Congrats Jeff and Natalie a beautiful couple. Also a special thanks to gwah for the wonderful new clothes and toys and bib and for all the love. I miss you more than I can say yet but some day I will be able to tell you, until then just now you are in my heart always....xxoo skylar

Tri bike day

Mommy's first ride downtown to do the bike portion of a three day triathlon in minneapolis. Up and out the door at 5:45 to be to the stone arch bridge by 6:30. It was fun but now mommy is very sleepy.......hope she can stay awake enough to take care of me :)
